Mesyd – Returns & Refund Policy
At Mesyd, we design products to be enjoyed for years to come. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we are here to help with a clear and fair return process.
1. Return Eligibility We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

Items must be returned in a resaleable condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded. To request return authorization, please contact: contact@mesyd.com Please include your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:

a defective product
-
a damaged item
-
an incorrect item sent by us
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Orders paid using gift cards or store credit will be refunded as store credit.
3. Exchanges To keep the process fast and efficient, we do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items We carefully inspect all orders before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer:

a replacement, or
-
a full refund
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Return Shipping If you decide the item is not suitable for you, return shipping costs are your responsibility. For your convenience, we may provide a return shipping label. If provided, the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund or otherwise payable by you.
Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are successfully delivered to our return address. Customers should send returns using a trackable shipping service and retain proof of postage. Mesyd cannot issue refunds for items that are lost, damaged, or not received during return transit unless valid tracking confirmation showing successful delivery to our return address is provided. If a return shipment is lost in transit, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim, as the shipping provider is responsible for the handling and delivery of the return package. If the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, we will provide a prepaid return label.

7. Non-Returnable Items Unless faulty, the following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or monogrammed products

Final sale or clearance items

8. Product Appearance We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
9. Return Abuse & Fraud Prevention Mesyd reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or future orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the return policy, or excessive return activity. All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. Items returned that show signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage not caused by our error may be refused or may receive only a partial refund.
10. Chargebacks If you have any issue with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team before opening a payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay the resolution process, as we will provide the payment processor with all relevant documentation, including:

11. Shipping Responsibility Mesyd is responsible for ensuring that orders are properly shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier. Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully delivered. Mesyd cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery confirmation. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is secure for receiving packages.
12. Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Mesyd is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for:

any additional shipping costs required to resend the package, or
-
the original shipping costs, which may be deducted from the refund if the order is canceled.
If the package is delivered to the address provided at checkout, Mesyd cannot be held responsible for delivery errors resulting from incorrect information entered by the customer.
13. Delivery Confirmation All orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Mesyd considers the order successfully delivered. If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact us and we will assist with opening a carrier investigation where applicable.
14. Consumer Rights This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
