At Mesyd, we take great care to ensure that every order is processed and shipped securely. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
1. Shipping Options & Processing Times We offer the following shipping methods:

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the shipment’s progress.
3. Shipping Rates & International Duties Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Mesyd is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
4. Delivery Timeframes Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimated and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

Mesyd is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors outside of our control.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments If your order appears to be delayed or missing during transit, please contact our support team so we can assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist with the investigation process, shipping carriers are responsible for the transportation and handling of packages once they have been dispatched.
6. Delivery Confirmation All orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully delivered. Mesyd cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery confirmation. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is secure for receiving packages.
7. Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Packages Shipping carriers may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be held at a local post office or carrier facility for customer pickup.
If a shipment is marked with statuses such as:

Available for Pickup

Held at Post Office
-
Notice Left
-
Awaiting Collection
-
Delivery Attempted
...the customer is responsible for collecting the package within the timeframe specified by the shipping carrier. Packages not collected within the carrier’s holding period may be returned to the sender.
If a package is returned due to being unclaimed, the customer may be responsible for:

the original shipping cost, and
-
any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
If the order is canceled after the package is returned, the refund may be reduced by the original shipping costs and return handling fees.
8. Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Mesyd is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for:

additional shipping costs required to resend the package, or

the original shipping costs, which may be deducted from the refund.
9. Carrier Responsibility Once an order has been dispatched and accepted by the shipping carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for the transportation and delivery of the shipment. Mesyd is not responsible for delays, delivery interruptions, or operational issues caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipping investigations when necessary.
10. Agreement to Shipping Policy By placing an order with Mesyd, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
